Parking terms and conditions
1.- Las Tarifas a aplicar se contabilizan por periodos mínimos de un día. Los cambios de día se contabilizan a partir de las 00.00 de la noche cuando entra en vigor un nuevo día de aparcamiento.
2.- Parking de cortesía dentro del mismo día contemplado en la reserva, es decir, hasta las 00.00 h por retrasos inesperados en su vuelo.
3.- Cancelaciones sin coste hasta el inicio del periodo de aparcamiento.
4.- Es obligatorio dejas las llaves del vehículo para el servicio de aparcacoches.
5.- Los precios mostrados incluyen IVA, y en caso de haberlos, otros impuestos.
6.- Pueden existir en casos excepcionales retrasos en el traslado de 30 minutos.
7.- Autocaravanas de más de 5m tienen un suuplemento diário. Estancia mínima de 2 dias. (8€). No se permite pernoctar en el parking.

SCOPE OF SERVICE:
Aparcalia provides its users with relevant information of car parks. This information may include a link to their booking page. For users who follow these links to third party websites, the following terms do not apply.
Some of the car parks included in Aparcalia admit parking reservations and authorize to Aparcalia, acting as a booking agent, to issue reservations on their behalf.
When making a reservation through Aparcalia, we act solely as an intermediary between you and the car park. We provide the communication environment and data transmission between the parties affected by the service (client and parking). Therefore, the parking bears full responsibility for any failure or malfunction of the service, including the responsibility of passengers carried during shuttle and of vehicles in the car park and, as in valet parking services, during vehicles movement.
Thus, Aparcalia not be liable for any claim for refund based on customers claims
The information shown is based on information provided to us by car parks. To do this, the car parks have, through their professional user account, privileged access to Aparcalia, through which they are fully responsible for updating rates, availability and any other information that appears on our website.
Although we make our best to deliver our services as accurately as possible, we cannot verify or guarantee that all information is precise, complete or correct.
Nor we can be held responsible for any errors (including manifest and typographical errors), any interruptions (whether due to any temporary and / or partial) breakdown, repair, upgrades or maintenance of our website or otherwise, inaccurate, misleading or untrue information, or lack of information.
Each parking is responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of descriptive information including the rates and availability displayed on our website.
Our website does not constitute and should not be regarded as a recommendation or endorsement of the quality, service level, qualification or (star) rating of any car park made available.
All car parks that are advertised on our website have their own independent legal entity and facilities from Aparcalia.
Our services are made available for personal and non-commercial use only. Therefore, you are not allowed to re-sell, deep-link, use, copy, monitor (e.g. spider, scrape), display, download or reproduce any content or information, software, products or services available on our website for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.
1. Free service:
Our service is free. We do not charge anything for our service neither add additional fees to the price of parking services published by the operator. We will not charge any amount to your credit card, since you will pay your stay at the car park.
Nevertheless, some promotional fares may require partial or total prepayment of the stay in advance on our website, what will be appropriately indicated when booking.
2. Prices and Best Price Guarantee:
All prices include VAT and, if any, other taxes, unless otherwise stated on our website.
All bookings made in Aparcalia have a Best Price Guarantee. This allows customers, with confirmed reservations, to claim a lower price, should they find their car park stay cheaper on Internet, provided that:
a) The other deal is bookable online and is still available when we check.
b) The customer notifies Aparcalia the deal within 24 hours after making their booking in Aparcalia,since parking fares can be variable.
c) The other deal is subject to the same booking conditions you’ve opted for with Aparcalia. This means including the same car park, payment and cancellation policy, type of space, dates and times.
d) This Guarantee does not apply if our fares are compared to Special membership rates, Frequent traveller rates, Loyalty points, fares associated to cross-selling, combined sales or travel packages
3. Privacy
In Aparcalia we care about your privacy. All information we ask you to complete a booking will be only be used to provide you the best service. We will never disclose your personal information to third parties (with the exception of the car park where the reservation is made). 4. Credit cards and secure payment
Sometimes car parks may require a credit card to guarantee the reservation. If it is so, this will be appropriately specified when booking. In this case, we send this information directly to the car park where you booked. We may verify your card through a credit card pre-authorization. To protect and encrypt data of your credit card, we use the "Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
Some rates or special promotions published in Aparcalia may require advance payment of part or all of the stay on our website. In this case, you must authorize payment through the payment gateways made available on our website.
5. Cancelation and refund policy
When you make a reservation in Aparcalia you accept our terms and conditions including the policy for changes, cancellation and no-show, as well as the car park terms and conditions that may affect your booking or your stay.
Please, read the car park terms and conditions. Their cancellation and no-show policy are available on our web site, in the car park information pages during the booking process and in the booking confirmation email. We recommend you to read these conditions carefully before booking.
If you want to review, change or cancel your reservation, please see the booking confirmation email and follow the instructions.
It is your responsibility to comply with the reservation requirements listed in our website. If, for any reason, you are not going to use the services hired, you must inform in writing and in sufficient time to, when appropriate, be entitled to a refund, subject to the car park terms and conditions when you made the reservation.
Please note that certain rates and special deals do not admit changes, cancellations or refunds from the car park, what will be indicated during the booking process.
For prepaid rates with the right to cancellation and refund, Aparcalia applies the following charges:
- No refund if the cancellation is reported less than 1 hour before the date and estimated time of arrival at the parking.
- A minimum charge of zero 0€ for administrative expenses if notified more than 1 hour before the date and estimated time of arrival at the car park.
- A efectos de notificaciones, solo se consideraran aquellas realizadas por medios escritos al email publicado en nuestra web o a través del área personal una vez el cliente esté registrado y haya iniciado sesión. No se aceptarán notificaciones verbales, telefónicas o directamente notificadas al aparcamiento.
For the purpose of notifications, only those made in writing to our email or through the "my account" area in our website will be taken into account. Notifications made verbally, over the telephone or directly to the car park will not be taken into account.
Aparcalia may cancel a booking if the Parking Provider advises that they are not able to fulfill this booking. In the case of prepaid rates, a full refund will be given in this circumstance.
6. Notifications and correspondence
When booking with us, you agree to be emailed (i) prior to your arrival date with information about your destination and other deals and relevant data and (ii) an email inviting you to complete the review form after your stay in the car park.
You accept that your review can be displayed on the car park information page in our web for the sole purpose of letting other users know about your opinion about the service and quality of the parking and their services. We reserve the right to edit, refuse or remove reviews.
7. Transfers, shuttle or valet parking services to the terminals
When available, the characteristics of the shuttle service to and from the airport, or the valet parking service will be indicated at the time of booking. When these services are available, you are advised to read the applicable terms and conditions by the car park.
8. Disclaimer
Check that you have received the address, phone number and directions of the car park you have booked, as well as the details relating to the procedures and conditions for valet services or entry, exit and transfer of such parking.
Aparcalia not be responsible in case you miss a flight, train, transfer or other conveyance in any case.
Subject to the limitations set out in these terms and conditions and to the extent permitted by law, we shall only be liable for direct damages actually suffered, paid or incurred by you due to an attributable shortcoming of our obligations in respect to our services, up to an aggregate amount of the aggregate cost of your reservation as set out in the confirmation email (whether for one event or series of connected events).
However and to the extent permitted by law, neither we nor any of our officers, directors, employees, representatives, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, distributors, affiliate (distribution) partners, licensees, agents or others involved in creating, sponsoring, promoting, or otherwise making available the site and its contents shall be liable for:
(i) any punitive, special, indirect or consequential loss or damages, any loss of production, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of contract, loss of or damage to goodwill or reputation, loss of claim,
(ii) any inaccuracy relating to the (descriptive) information (including rates, availability and ratings) of the car park as made available on our website,
(iii) the services rendered or the products offered by the parking provider,
(iv) any (direct, indirect, consequential or punitive) damages, losses or costs suffered, incurred or paid by you, pursuant to, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use or delay of our website, or
(v) for any (personal) injury, death, property damage, or other (direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive) damages, losses or costs suffered, incurred or paid by you, whether due to (legal) acts, errors, breaches, (gross) negligence, willful misconduct, omissions, non-performance, misrepresentations, tort or strict liability by or (wholly or partly) attributable to the accommodation (its employees, directors, officers, agents, representatives or affiliated companies), including any (partial) cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or any other event beyond our control.
