step by step guide about how to book in any of our affiliate parkings

From the Aparcalia homepage, you can select where to park: airport, port or train station.

To make a reservation, first select among the options available where you want to park. A form to enter the date and time will be shown.

Remember that the dates and times to fill in, are those of your expected arrival or return to the car park, not those of your flight, cruise or train.

When clicking on the lens icon (search), all car parks around the area will be listed in the price comparator as in the picture below. Then, you can select one car park, filter by criteria or obtain more information about each parking and their fares

You'll be seeing a selection of car parks we have available for those dates and times at the airport, port or train station.

Also, you can see on the map the localization of the different car parks with respect to the airport, port or train station terminal, as well as the basic information such as the user rates, transfers summary and price.

Prices are for the whole stay, all taxes and transfers -when needed - included. In the price comparator you will only see prices for available parkings or, otherwise, a sign indicating when the parking is "not available" or "full"

Clicking on the parking name or on + info you can access each parking site where additional information is provided such as a parking description and their services, photos, details of the shuttle service, or valet, as well as user reviews and ratings.

Also, you can filter the results by destination terminal (for airports with more than one terminal) or sort the table of results by price, user rating, name.

Finally, clicking on book> leads you to a booking form as shown below:

In the booking form, you can update or recalculate the fares, (only for the selected car park). When completing the form, you must enter at least the mandatory fields information ( marked with a red asterisk). The data required may vary from one carpark to another and they are necessary only to offer you a better service.

In case credit card details are required to complete the booking, the data are encrypted according to the latest technology in electronic commerce. All communications takes place under a completely secure environment.

Before completing your reservation, read carefully the terms and conditions. Both, the Aparcalia terms for online bookings, as well as the car park terms. Once done, click on the box I have read and agree to the the terms and conditions.

We require you to enter again your email address to avoid mistakes. Then click on Book. You will receive the booking confirmation along with all the information necessary to arrive at the parking, including the GPS coordinates and the car park instructions.

At the end of the process, the booking will be shown in your browser, including the terms and conditions of the car park parking and Aparcalia .
